2. User Responsibility and Consent

IMPORTANT: You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations regarding the recording of meetings or conversations. You must obtain express consent from all participants before initiating a recording through Nerpa. Nerpa disclaims any liability for unauthorized recordings.

Nerpa may also connect to calendars and meeting sources that you authorize. You are responsible for the permissions you grant and for ensuring that the accounts, feeds, and meeting links you connect are yours to use or are otherwise properly authorized.

3. Account Registration and Billing

To use certain features, you must register for an account. Nerpa has a Free plan and paid plans: Monthly and Yearly are subscriptions that renew every billing period until you cancel, and Lifetime is a one-time purchase that gives you access for as long as Nerpa is offered, including the monthly AI credits of the plan. Each plan includes AI credits that renew every month; unused credits do not carry over. One AI action (a question to the AI assistant, or a regenerated summary or title) uses 1 credit, and the automatic AI processing of a new recording (corrected text, title, summary) uses 2 credits. Recording and transcription on your device do not use credits. If your credits run out, recording and on-device transcription keep working, and AI features resume when your credits renew or you change plan. We may apply reasonable fair-use limits to AI usage. 4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the audio and text generated from your usage of the service. Nerpa retains all rights to the underlying technology, interface, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for its intended purpose.
